Here are the issues I found:

"The series went to seven games, however, the Braves lost game 7 115–96 on the road." since you spell game seven out earlier in the sentence, you should later as well. Also, the sentence can be split at However.

Any memorable games in March/April? When did they clinch a playoff spot? That should at least get noted.
- I can not find anything other than the 43rd win which set the franchise record. It seems that this might be the night but the article does not mention it. this search did not help. What seed were they in the playoffs? Might be good to note.
