Liverpool Mutual Homes is a tenant-led housing association established on 1 April 2008 which operates in the Liverpool area. The housing association manages 15,000 homes across the city, all of which were previously owned by Liverpool City Council.[1] The main offices of the organisation are based on Commutation Row.
