Murder of Farzana Parveen

On 26 May 2014, a pregnant Pakistani woman named Farzana Parveen was stoned to death outside a court in Lahore. Her father, two brothers and former fiancé were among the attackers. She was killed following the tradition of honour killing.[1][2][3]

As of 5 June 2014, 12 people have been arrested in connection to Parveen's killing.[4]
