Ioan Pop (Hungarian: János Pap,[1][2] born 24 October 1954) is a Romanian fencer. He won a bronze medal in the team sabre events at the 1976 and 1984 Summer Olympics.[3][4]

He later became technical director and national coach of Romania and Tunisia. Since 2007 he has been the international technical director in charge of the training of fencing masters at the International Fencing Federation.
