Episode 1 Short Summary edit evolution
[edit]I did a major copy-edit (& re-write) of the E1 summary, covering only a small part of the episode (but all of what had been done so far). It is currently 70 words and could certainly be tightened / improved. The episodes in this series are dense and action-packed, and will be tough to summarize in 200 words. I will add on as I can (after re-watching E1). Here’s the current text: “Regina Haywood, newly promoted Deputy Inspector of the 74th precinct, is beginning her first day when a man shoots the driver of a "dollar van" and kills two others. Detectives Tommy Killian and Crystal Morales catch the case. Haywood asks for volunteers to live in a housing project, to launch community policing. Patrol Officer Brandy Quinlan volunteers and moves into a 6th floor unit. This upsets Training Officer Marvin Sandeford.” Left Central (talk) 02:20, 28 October 2022 (UTC)
Why is this great show cancelled?

74th
[edit]According to the official NYPD website, the 74th precinct doesn't exist. Wouldn't that warrant a mentioning on the page? Wouldn't know how myself, otherwise I'd do it. https://www.nyc.gov/site/nypd/bureaus/patrol/precincts-landing.page Kennin (talk) 21:20, 23 July 2023 (UTC)
