Grand Council of Treaty 3

I don't agree with the suggestion that the two articles be merged, simply because Grand Council Treaty #3 is an article about the political organization that is dedicated to preserving and protecting the treaty and its rights.

The Anishinaabe Nation in Treaty #3 is about the sovereign Nation. The two articles are about two related, but different things.
