Out of date

The current champions haven't been updated for years.

Misleading

The name of the article is not reflected by its content. It's not a list of series as much as a list of series winners. The years are misleading as many of the series are still active.

Incomplete

Motorsport is much more than just cars, just on permanent tracks, just national series.

What should the article be? A list of champions and record holders in series past and present? Is the article needed at all? It overlaps with articles such as Motorsport in Australia and categories such as Category:Auto_racing_series_in_Australia. Maybe we should just delete the article. Any views?
