Henry Jobson Bell (9 October 1864 - 25 July 1926) was a Scottish painter;[1]
Life
[edit]His father was William Bell (9 April 1818 - c. 1878), a linen merchant from Dundee.
His mother was Annie Thoms (c. 1829 - c. 1906). William and Annie married in 1857 in Dundee.
Henry Jobson Bell was born on 9 October 1864 in Airlie Street, Dundee.[2]

[edit]He died on 25 July 1926. The value of his estate was £6578, 9 shillings and 6 pence.
He is buried in Western Cemetery in Dundee.[3]
