Hamish Lawrie (1919 - 1987) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
[edit]His father was James Lawrie (14 July 1887 - 23 May 1969) from Rothes in Moray.
His mother was Margaret Horne Birrell (1883 - 1971) from Dunfermline.
Hamish Lawrie was born in Dunfermline, Fife.[3][4]
