Hello, Beta Jones Mercury! Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. You may benefit from following some of the links below, which will help you get the most out of Wikipedia. If you have any questions you can ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages by clicking or by typing four tildes "~~~~"; this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you are already excited about Wikipedia, you might want to consider being "adopted" by a more experienced editor or joining a WikiProject to collaborate with others in creating and improving articles of your interest. Click here for a directory of all the WikiProjects. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field when making edits to pages. Happy editing! Hey there. I'm sure you mean well in reverting the edits of banned editors (if it's true that DLDD falls in that category rather than another), but please bear in mind that you are not required to do so but only permitted. Some of the material you've been restoring has been very poorly sourced. Also relatedly, is this your first account? It's very unusual to begin editing Wikipedia and immediately jump to enforcing bans. –Roscelese (talk ⋅ contribs) 05:37, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
If those edits were useful, other, non-banned editors are welcome to restore them. The policy is clear that we do not allow socks to make "good" edits. I have previously edited as an unregistered user. Beta Jones Mercury (talk) 14:49, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You are wrong, but I don't feel like arguing the minutia here. Since you concede that, at a minimum, such edits can be removed, I will just go on and remove them. If you feel strongly about any of them, you can reinstate them and take responsibility for them , keeping in mind this policy: WP:PROXYINGBeta Jones Mercury (talk) 03:49, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
