I'm not sure what method you're using to find targets for your corrections, but your recent edit to Committee to Boycott Nixon's Memoirs was a lower-casing of a key word of the organization's proper name, which of course should be uppercase. @Vuzias: You probably meant to talk to someone else; however, Dudhhr isn't a username anyone has on Wikipedia.

@ImNaqash If you're trying to recreate Hamid Bashani, an article deleted via a deletion discussion, I really don't think you should do that this early on in your Wikipedia. @Melodiousgal Your userpage isn't going to be searchable. You could write a draft through articles for creation, but perhaps you should read our conflict of interest policies (or, at least, a summary of them), and our stance on autobiographies first. @Tangeni Nangombe Writing an article on yourself is strongly discouraged; on top of that, there are several reasons to not want an article on Wikipedia, one of which is that any negative but reliably sourced information about you will inevitably end up in said article. @Melodiousgal Wikipedia articles are for people who are already noted for their accomoplishments that are significantly mentioned in multiple, third-party sources. Typically, once that happens, someone will write an article unprompted by you or anyone who works for you.

Recent changes

Changes later this week

  • The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 31 October. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 1 November. It will be on all wikis from 2 November (calendar).
  • Listings on category pages are sorted on each wiki for that language using a library. For a brief period on 2 November, changes to categories will not be sorted correctly for many languages. This is because the developers are upgrading to a new version of the library. They will then use a script to fix the existing categories. This will take a few hours or a few days depending on how big the wiki is. You can read more. [1][2]
  • Starting November 1, the impact module (Special:Impact) will be upgraded by the Growth team. The new impact module shows newcomers more data regarding their impact on the wiki. It was tested by a few wikis during the last few months. [3]
