[edit]I am sorry but the two legal cases you have submitted so far fall a long way short of acceptable Wikipedia format. I suggest you look at some of these articles to see what we need. Also we simply have "litigant v. litigant" as the title - the words "Case Brief" should certainly not have been capitalised and are not needed anyway. Needless to say cases must be notable, the article must explain why they are notable and the text must not be a copyright violation. -- RHaworth 13:44, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
