@Kailash29792: I think so we don’t need to expand the article too much. But I don’t why do we need to expand this article too much. Some IP editor is adding so much of extra information but only the necessary information needs to be added right?

No such rule. If you feel the article is becoming too big, separate articles can be created.

Naanum Rowdy Dhaan

[edit]

Hi @Kailash29792, I wanted to bring up the issue of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan with you. I didn't appreciate your wholesale revert of my edits, and I don't think it was appropriate for you to mention in the edit summary the temporary block that had been placed on me. Wholesale reverts are discouraged, unless all the changes made are seen to be unconstructive, and I had been blocked temporarily for reasons I've disputed. Maybe one day, you'll be at the receiving end of an action you feel is excessive or unfair, and then perhaps you'll understand how I felt. Regardless, you shouldn't treat my work as if I were some fly-by-night, disruptive editor, as that is certainly not what I am. Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 18:46, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I was removing sources not considered reliable by WP:ICTF. Perhaps I should've put {{inuse}} to make things clear. Kailash29792 (talk) 00:59, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You haven't addressed the main point I was trying to get across to you, which is that reverting (especially wholesale) with the reason that "editor is blocked" is neither appropriate nor collegial. Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 02:54, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, sorry about that. More than the wholesale revert being wrong, I should've explained in the edit summary that I was fixing good refs and removing bad ones. I misunderstood that you were indeffed. My bad. Kailash29792 (talk) 03:11, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sources

[edit]

Can you somehow do a deep search and find reliable sources for Upendra_(film)#Themes_and_influences? DareshMohan (talk) 09:19, 7 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

All is best removed. If someone knows Kannada, they can expand on the existing sources in that section. Kailash29792 (talk) 09:51, 7 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

What a sick joke. I honestly don't care how much it really earned, I want the article to be true to what is known. Kailash29792 (talk) 09:37, 12 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
