Keep. It was on deletion several mothes ago Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ilya Samoilenko. What have chaged since then except he gave interviews to Deutsche Welle and BBC and Elpais have written about him? --Alex Blokha (talk) 16:05, 26 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Weak Keep has sufficient coverage to satisfy WP:BASIC, although I don't think he did anything really notable, but he is certainly at least as worthy of a page than a few long dead WWI soldiers who later received some minor coverage like Lawrence Rowntree.
